Charlie began his career at HSBC Private Bank where he managed investment portfolios for UK based clients. His passion for sports then led him to Barclays where he delivered one of the bank’s flagship CSR initiatives, the “Spaces for Sports” program, which uses the positive values of sport to upskill young people from challenging backgrounds. An MBA followed at London’s Imperial College before joining Hanover Fox where he focuses on agribusiness, the rural economy and the not-for-profit sectors.

Charlie spent the early part of his life in Belgium and Switzerland before moving to his family’s farm in Buckinghamshire where he is now becoming more involved in managing the business. Of particular interest is the social entrepreneurship sector, and how businesses can genuinely combine making profits with delivering social and environmental good
