After his degree from the Ecole Polytechnique, Sup’Aéro, Vincent started his working career as Project Manager in the armament industry. A few years later, he joined Veolia Environment as Business Unit Manager, and then as CEO of the recently-acquired Hungarian subsidiary that was to be integrated within the Group.
He then joined Egis, a leading engineering company, first as CEO of the Road Operation subsidiary, then as Executive VP for Egis International for the engineering part of the Group.
Across his experience as CEO in France and abroad, and as Board Member and Chairman of foreign companies, Vincent has gained significant familiarity with intercultural interactions, international partnerships, governance organisation, and definition and implementation of strategy in very different situations.
At Eurosearch &Associés, Vincent’s practice focuses on industry, BtoB and BtoGovernment services (including those linked to utilities and infrastructures), Private Equity investments, executive search, mentoring, assessment and organisation of corporate management and governance.
Vincent enjoys reading about history and civilisations, interacting with friends as well as with people of quite different background, and outdoor activities like sailing and rowing.
