A French-German citizen and a graduate in France and Germany, Frédérique began her professional life in France in 1991 as a Head of European and International Affairs at the Ministry of Culture and Communication.
After a consulting experience at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich, Frédérique joins in 1997 the International Law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Vienna, Austria.
In 2002, Frédérique is appointed Secretary General of France and Director of Research Support Programs of the Franco-German University.
At the end of her mandate, she receives the “insignia of Chevalier des Palmes Académiques” by the French Government for her recognized cooperation between France and Germany
In 2007, she founds her own consulting firm in Germany and supports SMEs / ETIs and major French and German industrial groups, and their subsidiaries abroad.
Her expertise is broad and diverse: recruitment, individual coaching of Executives and team coaching, intercultural coaching, managerial training, interim management and business development.
Frédérique loves discovering the world and meeting new people on her travels. When she is not working, you can find her preparing get-togethers for her family and friends from all over the world.
