After obtaining a degree in Economics from the Cattolica University in Milan, Luigi began his career in 1976 working as a Marketeer within multinational consumer goods companies - Young & Rubicam, Kraft Foods, Bolton Manitoba and SC Johnson Wax.
He then spent 5 years with McKinsey where he focused on organisation turnarounds and key process redesign in major companies operating in the Consumer, Pharmaceutical, Energy and Financial Services sectors.
At Bestfoods, Luigi held the role of European Vice President, based in Brussels, responsible for the brands Knorr and Hellmann’s and for the Food Service Business.
Luigi has 10 years Executive Search experience gained at Heidrick & Struggles International and Eric Salmon & Partners, where he became Partner in 2009. He has been a Partner at Eurosearch since 2013.
Luigi not only enjoys reading and classical music, but also a challenging round of golf.
